Return Policy & Terms of Services
- You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. To start a return or exchange request, you must email email@example.com within 30 days of delivery, and include the reason for your return and photos of the merchandise.
- Once we receive your request, we will email you a DHL shipping label. We only cover shipping for defective items.
- We accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange.
- We issue full refunds for defective items. The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. All tags must be attached to the returned item.
- We accept exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to return an item ordered in the wrong size. We will issue you a store credit in the same amount of your purchase. We do not issue refunds in this case.
- If you don’t have an original sales receipt, you can exchange the merchandise for any item of equal or greater value than the original selling price and pay for the price difference.
- Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return + Exchanges: Online Orders
It’s easy to return or exchange any item purchased on andreallosa.com. Just follow the steps below:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and photos of the item.
Once we receive your request, we will email you back with a DHL return label. We only cover shipping fees if the return or exchange request is due to a defective product.
Attach the label to your package, then drop it off at the nearest DHL service point. You will receive an email with a copy of your return label and your tracking information.
We will email you once we receive your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to process, and 1-3 days for the refund to reflect in your original form of payment after the return is processed. For exchanges, we will email you a coupon to use at our online store, in the same amount as the original purchase, as soon as we process your request.
To start an Exchange, follow the same instructions as above. Once you have received the shipping label, the items must be mailed back within 7 days or the exchange order will be canceled.
You can exchange your purchase for a different item or for the same item in a different size. We only cover shipping fees for exchanges if the item is defective.

Order Issues: Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Issues with your order? You can exchange for a different product or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email email@example.com to start a return. For further assistance, please read our Refund Policy or contact us.
We offer a full refund on orders with defective products which are out of stock in the size you preferred. If you ordered the wrong size or don’t like your purchase, we will issue you a coupon of the same amount to exchange for a different product on our website.
Returns usually take two weeks to process. To expedite it, make sure to include the return label + return slip that corresponds to the item in your package. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be available within approximately 1-3 days after the return is processed. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
