Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICIES
If you wish to exchange a garment, you have a maximum period of 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Essential requirements

The item must not have been worn or washed, and must be in optimal condition. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Garments purchased with any type of discount are not eligible for exchanges (see "Exceptions" section).

How to request an exchange?

In-Person Option (Recommended): You may visit our ALL Showroom located at Av. Mariscal La Mar 352, "Marcan" Building, Miraflores. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Remote Option: Write to us by email at ventas@andreallosa.com or via WhatsApp at +51 960 968 256, including the following information:

  • Subject: ALL Garment Exchange.
  • Personal details: Full name, ID number, phone number, and date of purchase.
  • Product details: Indicate the purchased garment and the new product you wish to select.
  • Reason: Briefly state the reason for the exchange.
  • Supporting document: Attach proof of payment.

Note: If the exchange is not carried out in person at the showroom, all shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURN POLICIES

Returns are accepted within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of product delivery.

Eligibility: Returns will be processed exclusively in the following cases:

  • Defective garment or manufacturing defect.
  • Out-of-stock item requested.

How to request a refund? Send us an email to ventas@andreallosa.com with the following information:

  • Email subject: Refund – [Customer's First and Last Name].
  • Banking information: Account number, Interbank Account Code (CCI), Bank name, and account holder's ID number.
  • Supporting document: Attach proof of payment.

Evaluation process: Our team will respond to your email within 2 business days. You must send or deliver the product to our Showroom (Av. Mariscal La Mar 352, "Marcan" Building, Miraflores) Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The quality control team will verify the condition of the garment. To proceed with the refund, the item must show no signs of use, washing, or damage. If the item meets the required conditions, the refund will be authorized. Otherwise, the garment will be returned to the customer along with the corresponding quality report.


IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS (DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS)

No exchanges or returns are accepted, under any circumstances, for garments purchased at a discount.

  • Garments in clearance or Sale sections.
  • Products with a 10% first-purchase discount.
  • Special birthday discounts.
  • Any other coupon or promotion active at the time of purchase.
