Go to your Shopping Cart and select “Check Out” to complete your order. You will be asked for your Contact Information and Shipping Address before proceeding to payment.
Select “Continue to Shipping” to see the Shipping Fees and Delivery Time for your order.
We accept payments by credit card or PayPal. Enter your payment information, select the billing address, double-check your contact and delivery information, then hit “Pay Now.” You will receive an email confirmation for your order as soon as it is processed.
Order Issues: Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Issues with your order? You can exchange for a different product or return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email email@example.com to start a return. For further assistance, please read our Refund Policy or contact us.
We offer a full refund on orders with defective products which are out of stock in the size you preferred. If you ordered the wrong size or don’t like your purchase, we will issue you a coupon of the same amount to exchange for a different product on our website.
Returns usually take two weeks to process. To expedite it, make sure to include the return label + return slip that corresponds to the item in your package. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be available within approximately 1-3 days after the return is processed. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. We use DHL for our deliveries in the USA. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. Use it to track your purchase through Google or the DHL tracking system.
